AEJE – Agrupamento de Escolas José Estêvão
AEJE – Agrupamento de Escolas José Estêvão – is a cluster of schools, ranging from kinder-garden until the end of secondary education, including vocational courses. It comprises six primary schools, one lower secondary school and one high school (which is more than 100 years old). Besides that, it also includes a centre for Adult Lifelong Learning and a Lifelong Formation Centre for teachers and other school staff. This school (cluster of schools) has more than 2800 students and employs around 290 teachers and 100 other staff.
At AEJE the use of new technology and creativity is greatly encouraged, as well as the development of soft skills, as leadership, empathy and working well in a team.
